Late one night our dog ran into a porcupine and decided to take a bite out of it. Lori dropped her evening plans and immediately came down to operate. It took her two hours to dig out over 250 quills. One had buried itself deep inside our dog's neck and would have made it's way to the jugular if Lori hadn't been there. I am so thankful for the care and concern Lori shows over all of our animals.
The vet shows genuine concern and compassion for you and your pet. I would recommend her in a heart beat.
We have been using Dr. Fraser since we moved to the area in 2012. Excellent service, always a follow up call to check on the boys. Impressive doctor with a real concern for our kids. We have had to come on short notice several times, and they are always able and willing to accommodate!Thankyou for the excellent, compassionate and reasonable services!
Great place to take your pets. They show they really care about your animals. You can see it in their body language and hear it in theirs voices. worth the drive
I've gone there a few times. The last time I made a appointment for my cat to get neutered and examined (rescued stray), received a conformation of time the night before for the earliest drop off (work and all tends to pay our bills) . We agree and hubby takes time off to drop him off. Got to the clinic a little early, checked the door, its locked. Waited for a half hour, still no one. Left really angry, wasted time and money. Went to another vet the next day. I like the vet, but I don't think I will be back, have a lot of pets, but if I'm going to spend the type of money that it takes to keep them healthy, I want to be treated like a customer, I certainly do not like being told that I was forgotten, a apology (which I received) doesn't make up for being forgotten, after my reminder call. It's a shame, the convenience of the small town vet does appeal to me.
